We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to AgriTech startup company developing AI-powered smart cameras for agriculture, designed to monitor crop health and optimise yields. If you have a background in agriculture or complex devices sales this job can be a great opportunity for further career!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and establish client relationships across Europe and other countries;
  • Identify market opportunities and execute expansion strategies;
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams;
  • Manage the full sales cycle and lead market entry initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in sales (agriculture or tech preferred);
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and growth;
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills;
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities;
  • English level C1+, Russian will be an advantage.
